Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Evening/ Weekends/ Rotating Shifts Hours Per Week: 40 hrs. Hiring range: Starting at $44.35 hourly. (This rate includes the shift differentials and the $2.00/hrly) The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. This position does offer experience bonuses, RN candidates that apply with 3 – 5 years' experience they will receive an experience bonus of $4,000. (The first half is dispersed at time of hire, the other is upon one year anniversary of employment). Responsibilities • Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate. • Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. • Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. • Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Licensure / Certification / Registration Required Credential(s):
BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing NRP and ACLS within 6 months. Experienced Labor & Delivery Nurse
