About
Manages the day-to-day operations in compliance with established policies and procedures. Participates in interpreting and implementing policies and procedures. Ensures employee conformance to established practices and trains staff accordingly. Establishes credibility and a strong presence in the dental practice setting. Identifies potential problem areas, develops a system for objectively monitoring performance, and regularly seeks solutions for improvement. Develops and maintains an open, professional, and effective line of communication with physicians and staff. Prepares reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations. Requires regular travel to affiliated dental clinics in the San Antonio and Laredo areas to provide operational support and ensure consistency in patient care and service standards. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of concepts, practices, and policies in Clinical Operations. Ability to direct and contribute to initiatives and processes within the organization. Builds and maintains positive working relationships within individual work groups and across departments through open communication and collaboration. Two years of supervisory experience in a dental clinic and/or ambulatory care setting is required. A bachelor's degree is required.
Required Skills
Six (6) years of directly-related experience, including at least two years of supervisory experience in an ambulatory care setting is required.
