Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2196 $500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUSOpportunity: RN - 351011295 - LTC Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend and holiday requirement • Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment • Block scheduling with floating requirements to other units as needed • Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:20 in long-term care setting • Care for 70 residents, majority in private rooms • Provide care for elderly patients with dementia, frail conditions, and rehabilitation needs • Perform charting, assessments, charge duties, and medication administration • Clinical skills include IV therapy, catheter care, ostomy care, and other nursing procedures • Work with titratable drips and IV medications • Use ECS electronic medical record system • Elderly care experience required • BLS (AHA) certification required • Dress code requires any solid color scrubs that are clean and professional • Must clock in and out at facility • Orientation varies based on individual skills assessment • No on-call requirements Facility: This healthcare facility is a 70-bed nursing home attached to a hospital, providing long-term care and rehabilitation services primarily for elderly patients with dementia and frail conditions. The facility offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support including therapy services, social workers, activities, dietary, and housekeeping departments. On-site pharmacy services and 24/7 respiratory therapy support are available, along with physician availability after hours to ensure continuous patient care. Location: Beaver Dam, WI Beaver Dam offers a welcoming small-town atmosphere in south-central Wisconsin, known for its beautiful lake recreation opportunities and strong community spirit.
