As an RN in the Children's Unit at CHI St. Alexius Health, you'll provide compassionate, family-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment where your skills, empathy, and clinical judgment truly matter. In this role, you will:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care Support pediatric patients and families with compassion and education Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain high standards of safety, quality care, and infection control Document care accurately while ensuring patient confidentiality Help create a positive, healing environment for patients, families, and coworkers Qualifications:
