Optimizing patient outcomes: Monitoring drug therapies, ensuring medication appropriateness, and providing expert recommendations. Driving clinical excellence: Participating in pharmacokinetic monitoring, TPN calculations, anticoagulant management, and more. Contributing to system-wide improvement: Supporting formulary decisions, preparing monographs, and influencing departmental policies. Fostering a culture of safety: Reviewing and reporting medication events and adverse drug reactions. Mentoring future leaders: Assisting with residency recruitment and evaluations.
