We are seeking a FULL-TIME Certified Nurse's Aide for the following program for Region 5 • Region 5 Gero Community Stabilization Team Region 5 Catchment Area/Community Responsibilities and Duties for CNA: • Provide direct consumer care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and assisting with IADLs. • Document progress and activities, tasks performed, and response to care.
• Report any consumer condition changes to the RN Supervisor. • Serve as a role model, provide guidance and assist with medication education under the direction of the RN supervisor.
• Comply with agency policies and procedures, and adhere to all relevant local, state, and federal legal and regulatory requirements. • Transport consumers as needed. Qualifications and Skills for (Insert Position): • Licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant • 1 year of nursing experience preferred • Valid driver's license with acceptable DMV record • Long term Care experience preferred • Proficient using Electronic medical records • Basic knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare Regulations preferred Benefits for Full-Time (Insert Position): • Health Insurance/Life Insurance • Virginia Retirement System plan • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • Vacation/Sick leave/Holiday pay • Legal Resources
