About

Business Analyst Seeking a Business Analyst with Planview implementation experience to work with IT and Planview Professional Services to implement the Planview Enterprise One. We are seeking a Business Analyst with implementation experience to support the business process modeling, business requirements, and business value testing of the solution. Required Skills
Five to Eight Years (5-8) Years of BA Two to Three (2-3) years of current experience in implementing the Planview Enterprise Portfolio Project Management solution
Job Duties
Manage detailed project plan development and adherence to and monitoring of milestones, tasks and schedule of team; monitoring and tracking of status reporting/tracking of timelines, team meetings/scheduling and assigning accountabilities Implement, evaluate and audit project management processes and templates. Participate in the build out of the Planview Enterprise Portfolio Project Management Solution Documentation of Software Test Plans, Technical Documentation, Release Notes, User Guides, and Training and other materials as necessary Document, communicate and train stakeholders on business processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Job Requirements
Actively driving: Actively drive projects and ensure alignment on all project details: objectives, scope, approach, deliverables, financials, schedule, dependencies and risks. Engaging stakeholders: Proactively manage IT and functional stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors, and Steering Committees to ensure accountability and drive value. Managing risks/tradeoffs: Articulate key risks, dependencies, and scope tradeoffs within and across functions and effectively mitigate risks/tradeoffs by identifying and driving changes to approach, timeline, budget, or scope. Communicating: Clearly communicate project status, schedule, risks, issues, and changes/resolutions keeping all stakeholders involved and informed on a regular basis. Upholding processes: Follow and uphold required and expected processes including regulatory compliance standards and provide input to improve processes.
