Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Inbound Call Center Representative will assist customers with inquiries, document call details, and provide excellent service in a remote environment starting August 2026. Key responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions Document call details in the system and solve customer problems Build positive relationships and stay updated on processes and procedures
Required qualifications
High school diploma or GED Preferred 1 year of call center experience Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background check U.S. citizenship (work sponsorship not available) General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
