About

Owning day-to-day endpoint management and device security in a fully remote environment, the full-time Endpoint Systems Administrator will administer Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, manage endpoint compliance, and provide Tier 2 support for access issues across the organization. Key responsibilities
Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and security policies Manage Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning and device lifecycle management Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting for endpoint and Microsoft 365 access issues
Required qualifications
2+ years of experience supporting end-user endpoints in a cloud-first environment Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot Working knowledge of Entra ID and modern authentication methods Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and common SaaS applications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
