Pharmacy Manager

Walmart is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations in our high-volume retail environment. In this role, you will oversee prescription fulfillment, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver safe, high-quality patient care. You will manage, coach, and schedule pharmacy staff, optimize inventory, and support immunization and clinical services. Partner with store leadership to drive results while upholding Walmart’s culture of integrity, customer service, and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates are licensed pharmacists with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
