Licensed Practical Nurse

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in our faith-based, community clinic. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications and immunizations, perform assessments and triage, and document thoroughly in the EHR. Working closely with providers and an interdisciplinary team, this role supports whole-person, primary and behavioral health care for underserved patients, promotes health education, and contributes to a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on dignity, access, and health equity.
