OC Recruitment is partnering with a leading, well-established organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager for an initial 912-month maternity cover contract. While this position is offered on a fixed-term basis, there is a strong possibility that it may become a permanent opportunity for the successful candidate. The Opportunity This is a key leadership role overseeing all aspects of Human Resources in a dynamic, growing business. Reporting into senior management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategy, supporting organisational growth, and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture. You will work closely with managers across the business, providing expert guidance on employee relations, talent management, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all day-to-day HR operations and initiatives Develop and implement HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with employment legislation Provide HR guidance and support to managers across all departments Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process, including work permits and visa administration Support performance management, leadership development, and talent growth programmes Monitor HR metrics and prepare monthly reports for senior management Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Collaborate with departments across the business to support organisational objectives and continuous improvement initiatives Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee wellbeing and development About You Degree-qualified in HR, Business, Learning & Development, or a related discipline CIPD accredited Minimum 3 years' experience in a standalone or senior HR role Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to influence, coach, and support managers at all levels A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong decision-making abilities High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality What's on Offer?
