Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in mobile engineering (Android/iOS) and 3+ years in engineering management Deep experience in at least one native stack (Android or iOS) and strong understanding of cross-platform tradeoffs Proven track record in leading platform modernization initiatives and managing multi-team technical migrations Experience with modern mobile CI/CD systems and improving application performance metrics Strong written communication skills for technical documentation and strategy development
