Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in the Quick Service Drive Lane while ensuring prompt, professional, and courteous service
  • Take ownership of the customer experience from check-in to delivery
  • Provide excellent communication and concierge-level support for customer inquiries in person and over the phone
  • Effectively manage and sell technicians' time to maximize lane efficiency
  • Work closely with technicians and fellow advisors in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate repair orders and communication throughout the service process

Qualifications

  • Previous Service Advisor experience required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, professional, and team-oriented
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional appearance
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
