To support a growing sales team, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will manage complex technical evaluations and solution designs for strategic accounts, partnering with customers to implement Apollo's supergraph on GraphOS in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
Own complex technical evaluations through discovery, workshops, and solution design to understand customer needs and capabilities Design and present multi-system solution architectures that integrate Apollo's offerings into customer environments Lead value-focused demos and PoCs, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes for various stakeholders
Required qualifications
4+ years in a pre-sales Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role with B2B SaaS or infrastructure products Deep expertise in APIs and integration, with experience in both building and consuming APIs within existing architectures Strong architecture skills across modern web/cloud stacks, including REST/GraphQL and microservices Proven ability to manage complex technical evaluations, including solution design and PoC implementation Executive-level communication skills, capable of conveying technical details and business value to diverse audiences
