Sales Development Representative
Glimpse is the leading AI platform for CPG brands
automating critical back-office workflows like deductions management, revenue recovery, and cash application. Since launching in April 2024, we've grown from 0 to 200+ customers, raised $52M from investors including a16z, 8VC and Y Combinator. Our AI agents retrieve deduction data, validate charges, automate cash application, and dispute invalid claims
work that would take a full-time employee years to complete. For a $1B CPG brand, a single Glimpse agent reviewed 17,000 deductions in under 24 hours, identifying over $10M in recoverable revenue. We're building the next-generation suite of services for consumer brands and are looking for exceptional people to help us scale. Ideal Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years as a SDR Proven track record of exceeding quota in past sales roles
(Preferred) B2B SaaS Experience, or Experience working for companies focused on AI applications in vertical markets.
Attitude: Fearless when talking to new people and a motivated self-starter, eager to consistently take on new challenges
Tenacious: Comfortable with on-the-phone and in-person rejection, and ability to keep following up with prospects
Excellent Communicator: Articulates value proposition clearly and deeply understands customer pain points
Work Culture: Excited to contribute to a strong culture, working together IRL in our NYC office 5 days a week Able to travel to conferences (~30%)
Tech Stack: Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn, and modern AI sales tools like Clay
Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities
Outreach: Engage with new prospects via cold calling or LinkedIn DM'ing to convert qualified leads into meetings
Field Sales: Identify and convert new prospects at tradeshows and conferences, and industry social events
Collaborate: Work closely with Sales, Growth, and CEO to refine and execute Top of Funnel strategy
