• Modern EHR platform with in-office labs and telehealth capability
• Committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to children and families

• Outpatient general pediatrics, ages newborn through 21
• Well-child, sick visits, and adolescent care no inpatient or ER call required
• Shared after-hours call rotation (1:6 or better) with dedicated triage support
• Partnership track available after 2 years for qualifying physicians
• Manageable panel size quality over volume is our philosophy

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics (ABP or AOBP)
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine passion for pediatric care
• New graduates completing residency in warmly encouraged to apply
