Our client is one of the world’s largest media companies, headquartered on Broadway in New York with offices worldwide. Their Global Fulfillment Operations team sits right here in Amsterdam, delivering content to platforms like Netflix, iTunes, Amazon, Sky, and many more.

Ever wondered who makes sure SpongeBob looks just right on Netflix? Or that the thumbnail you tap for your favourite on-demand show is the perfect frame? That’s exactly what this role is about. You’ll be the person ensuring that world-class content from South Park to Yellowstone shows up looking its absolute best on every VOD platform across the globe.

The Global Fulfillment Operations team is looking for a content design coordinator to join its Amsterdam-based team. Your job is to make sure that the visual packaging of our client’s shows lands correctly across every platform and every market it’s delivered to.

Think of it as quality control meets visual coordination, you’re not starting from a blank canvas. But you are the person who makes sure the right image, in the right format, ends up exactly where it needs to be.

Your role:

• Processing and preparing layered image files (PSD) in Photoshop to match platform style guides;
• Sourcing high-resolution images, logos and press shots from internal and external libraries;
• Creating screen grabs from high-resolution video files;
• Ensuring every piece of keyart meets quality standards before it goes live;
• Managing the flow of assets into the correct repositories, on time, every time;
• Collaborating with technical support teams to troubleshoot delivery issues;
• Keeping documentation accurate and up to date;
• Spotting opportunities to make the process smarter and faster.
