Key Requirements: ✔ Design Management experience with a Main Contractor ✔ Experience delivering large-scale construction projects ✔ Strong stakeholder and consultant management skills ✔ Ability to manage design programmes, coordination, and technical delivery ✔ Experience within public sector, healthcare, defence, justice, commercial, or major mixed-use projects would be advantageous
