Key responsibilities:
Follow an assumptive sales process to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with peers and leadership to support team initiatives and improve sales performance
Required qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
0-5 years of sales experience, preferably in call center, telecom, or customer service roles
Prior telecom experience is preferred
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
