Human Resources Manager

Manoir Lafontaine, a private seniors' residence located in Rivière-du-Loup, is looking for its next star to fill the position of Human Resources Manager. The candidate must also have a basic understanding of accounting, but training will be provided on-site. No teleworking. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours (flexible start and end times)
Salary: Starting at $26 per hour

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be in charge of purchase orders
• Submit background investigations

Human Resources

• Maintain employee information in the database up to date
• Proceed with the opening, changes and termination of employee files (Payroll and human resources) on the various payroll and benefits platforms

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ease in the use of computer tools
• Good communication
• A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
• Knowledge of the healthcare environment and related professions, a major asset
• Experience in human resources management
• Basics of accounting
