About

AI Solutions Engineer, a full-time remote position, is responsible for leading technical implementations of AI tools, providing technical sales support, and ensuring customer success through training and documentation. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technical implementations and custom integrations of AI tools for enterprise customers Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle and serve as the primary technical contact for key accounts Train customer teams on product capabilities and create technical documentation and resources
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python Experience with APIs, webhooks, and enterprise software integrations Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and familiarity with major AI platforms Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services
