Job Summary: The Senior Desktop Support professional will provide on-site IT support for providers and practice managers within a clinical environment, serving as the primary face of IT support operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide daily IT support at clinical locations using the ServiceNow ticketing system. • Travel to clinic sites for onsite technical support as needed. • Support end-user onboarding, hardware setup, software installation, and technical troubleshooting. • Handle and resolve IT escalations from clinical locations. • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues. • Replace hardware components when necessary. • Assist users with adapting to new technologies and system changes. • Contribute to process improvements and support operational best practices.
