Key responsibilities
Lead and complete software projects while managing ambiguity and balancing speed with quality
Collaborate with a high-density talent engineering team to tackle complex challenges and deliver substantial customer value
Quickly learn and adapt to the existing codebase and technology stack, contributing to the overall product development
Required qualifications
Experience with the Javascript ecosystem and familiarity with technologies such as C#, .NET, React, and Postgres
A proven track record of taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion
Strong ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage tech debt
Ambitious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and personal growth
Effective collaboration skills to work with other experienced engineers and contribute to a team-oriented culture
