Sales Administrator Bathing Brands is a well‑established, growing organization in the steam, sauna, and bathing space, and the Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting the sales process from order entry through fulfillment. The Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting the sales process from order entry through fulfillment. This position acts as a central point of coordination between Sales, Operations, and Customers—ensuring orders are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable interacting with both internal teams and external customers to resolve questions and keep orders moving. This position is hybrid, requiring regular on‑site presence with the option for remote work. Key Responsibilities Order & Sales Support Process and manage customer sales orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, and delivery details Coordinate order progression from receipt through shipment, working closely with Sales, Production, and Shipping teams Monitor order status and proactively identify potential delays or issues Expedite orders as needed to meet customer expectations and business priorities Customer Service & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for customer order-related questions, updates, and documentation Communicate order confirmations, status updates, and changes in a clear, professional manner Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, or billing questions in collaboration with internal teams Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all customer interactions Administrative & Data Management Maintain accurate order records in internal systems (ERP/CRM) Prepare and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and related documentation Assist with reporting related to orders, shipments, and sales activity Support Sales team with administrative tasks as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously Clear written and verbal communication skills Customer-service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries calmly and professionally Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams Strong organizational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales administration, order entry, order expediting, or customer service Experience working with ERP or CRM systems Manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment experience Benefits Bathing Brands offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our teammates’ health, financial well‑being, and work–life balance, including: Company‑subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance Company‑paid life insurance, with voluntary disability and supplemental coverage options 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays Community Day for volunteer service Employee referral program Full benefit eligibility and details are shared during the offer process We’re not just building bathing products—we’re building intentional experiences.
