Business Relationship Manager, Alberta

Cambridge MIC - BC based Mortgage Investment Corporation with national lending coverage, we focus on providing flexible mortgage solutions to our broker partners.

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Relationship Manager in Alberta. The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with mortgage brokers, overseeing the lending process, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as BDM or similar within the mortgage industry
• Alternative lending experience is an asset
• Relationship-building, Sales, and Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Financial Services
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software proficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

Position will require travel within the province of Alberta and to some events outside the province.

Candidates must be located in Alberta or willing to relocate.

Renumeration based on experience.
