To drive client customer success strategies and streamline internal processes, the full-time remote Customer Solutions Architect will enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention while optimizing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute customer success strategies that align with clients' business goals and demonstrate ROI Monitor customer satisfaction and implement retention strategies, ensuring a 5-star experience for clients Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality work and support the sales team in developing tailored strategies for prospects
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success strategy and execution Proven experience with HubSpot Service Hub and a deep understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem Experience in setting and achieving annual and quarterly goals for clients Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client success
