Location: Smithfield RI Duration: 6+ Months The Expertise and Skills You Bring: Bachelor's degree in a related field 5+ years IT experience, mostly in Production Support / Environment support role, primarily supporting Data and Batch cycles Experience with supporting highly available and complex systems The ability to manage critical crisis situations is required Support experience with Financial Services organization preferable Good communication (written and verbal) and social skills Solid data analysis skills to solve and resolve production issues Hands on experience on Unix / Linux OS, Python, Scripting, PL/SQL, AWS, and Snowflake Hands on experience on scheduling tool – ControlM Hands on experience on CI-CD tools like Stash, Jenkins, uDeploy, Artifactory, etc Applying analysis skills to identify root cause of Production data issues and batch cycle issues, and remediate the same Participating in on-call rotation for Production support - various shifts split across sites to provide 24*7 support Facilitate change reviews and change deployments Implement process improvements to gain efficiencies of scale across the team in US and India Automating manual tasks, including partnering with the respective engineering teams Partnering with engineering and enterprise teams to maintain a stable production environment
