About the job Data Entry Assistant - Remote Part‑time
This position will support the various programs of the Community and Family Services Department. This person must be a self‑starter, organized, flexible and task‑oriented.

Key Responsibilities
Support programs with preparation of mailings for distribution to current and potential program members, agency staff and external stakeholders.
Make copies of program materials for mailing to program members, caregivers, and other program stakeholders.
Scan and file correspondence in their respective locations while maintaining confidentiality.
Pick up and deliver interoffice mailings/packages for the department.
Education and Experience
Minimum experience in clerical work.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Willing to take initiative.
Very flexible personality type.
