IAM Strategic Enablement & Adoption
team supporting enterprise-wide identity and access management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Support adoption of enterprise IAM services through onboarding, migrations, and access transitions
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure IAM solutions meet business requirements
Assist in triaging IAM issues across various teams based on business impact
Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable improvements for IAM services
Collaborate with business, cybersecurity, and application teams to enhance user experience and service adoption
What's Needed?
5+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis or equivalent, including work, training, military, or education
Strong focus on IAM, with experience supporting onboarding, migrations, or transformation initiatives
Knowledge of IAM solutions in cloud or hybrid environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Understanding of core IAM capabilities such as MFA, identity governance, and access management
