About

To support a growing customer base in the Pacific Northwest, the full-time Strategic Solutions Engineer will partner with sales and success teams to deliver technical presentations, design customer-specific proof of value projects, and build custom reports for clients while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Deliver technical presentations that explain products and integrations to prospective and current clients Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof of value (PoV) projects Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for clients' management teams
Required qualifications
Must reside in the Pacific Northwest, specifically Washington, Oregon, or Idaho Proven experience designing and implementing workflow automation using AI platforms 6+ years in a customer-facing technology role, ideally pre-sales or equivalent 2+ years of success working with commercial or enterprise clients Hands-on experience with AI, integration platforms, web services, and APIs
