About

Supporting Mid to Enterprise clients, the remote Technical Sales Engineer will evaluate business and product requirements, generate functional specifications, and act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams while driving new features from high-level requirements through operational delivery. Key responsibilities:
Preparing and developing technical presentations/demos, and setting up trials or POCs to explain products or services to customers Collaborating with customer and sales teams to understand requirements and provide sales support Researching and modifying products to meet customers' technical needs while training sales team members on technical aspects of the products
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or a related field 5 years of experience in IT software, with knowledge of databases, CRM, and programming languages Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot CRM platforms Good understanding of APIs and Postman for testing and integration Knowledge of ERP systems and their application in business processes
