About

Supporting the enhancement of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, the part-time Identity DevOps Engineer will manage platform operations, collaborate with security teams, and implement upgrades while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Support and enhance the SSO and IAM platform within the Ping Identity ecosystem Manage platform operations, including incident response and certificate management Collaborate with QA teams to automate test scripts and troubleshoot user experience issues
Required qualifications
Extensive experience with PingFederate, PingOne, and related IAM products Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, and authentication patterns in various environments Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Python, PowerShell, and familiarity with cloud and DevOps tools Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues independently Migration experience from PingFederate to PingOne is a plus
