About

Seeking a high-level Lab Systems Administrator for a fully remote role to manage administration, maintenance, and master data activities for the MODA platform in support of Biologics Operations, while providing first-tier remote end-user support and coordinating with Global system owners. Key responsibilities
Maintain and update workflows within the MODA system to ensure seamless daily laboratory operations Assist with MODA system and instrument integrations, executing configuration changes and coordinating technical requirements Perform MODA master data updates to support routine business changes and resolve complex master data issues
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific/technical discipline 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry Extensive hands-on configuration, administration, and development experience with the MODA platform Strong knowledge of ServiceNow change management workflows and remote collaboration tools
