Supporting high-performance computing systems, the full-time Senior Linux Systems Administrator will manage system administration for ARL computers, advise on architectural tradeoffs, and develop software instrumentation, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Support system administration for ARL high-performance computers Advise on architectural tradeoffs for future platforms and systems Develop and implement software instrumentation to measure system performance
Required qualifications
BS or MS degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience At least 8 years of directly related experience in Linux and high-performance computing Linux+ certification (or equivalent) and Security+ certification (or equivalent) Active Top Secret security clearance Extensive background in diverse Linux operating systems and performance tuning
