Project Design Manager is a full-time salaried position responsible for managing the setup and amendment of clinical trial projects, creating operational documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. Key Responsibilities
Manage initial setups and amendments, including creating and revising operational documents and test requisitions Coordinate with internal departments and serve as a contact for Sponsors and CROs to ensure project timelines are met Assist with training and mentorship of internal staff, developing training materials and SOPs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of setup-related or project management experience, or an Associate's degree with 5-6 years of relevant experience Experience in customer service and clinical research, central lab, or project management Ability to understand and interpret project-specific budgets Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
