Own monthly dashboard responsibilities and perform deep dives into staffing models to identify trends and recommend enhancements Conduct analyses related to productivity, inventory, cycle time, and operational oversight to support strategic projects and ad hoc requests Provide high-impact analyses and collaborate with fellow analysts to present complex business insights to senior leaders
Required qualifications
A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience High proficiency in programming skills such as SQL, SAS, R, Tableau, or Power BI Demonstrated ability to explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience Proven ability to lead personal workstreams autonomously while mentoring and supporting team members Strong quality orientation with excellent attention to detail in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
