3+ years of experience in a technical support role for Oracle Cloud Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Integration Cloud Ability to analyze raw data and follow pre-defined procedures for testing and troubleshooting Familiarity with Microsoft Office products Willingness to learn new skills and systems
