About

Monitoring client infrastructure, the full-time NOC Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, provide technical support to customers, and ensure the reliability of network services in a remote setting. Key responsibilities
Respond to network incidents and restore service efficiently using DGI's monitoring platform Provide direct technical support to customers through phone and email, documenting all interactions in the ticketing system Produce troubleshooting guides and provide recommendations to enhance infrastructure stability
Required qualifications
Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent preferred 1+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or within a Network Operations Center Strong understanding of routing and switching technologies, including Cisco and Juniper Knowledge of network security principles and enterprise wireless technologies Basic understanding of Cisco applications and collaboration deployments
