About
We are currently looking for experienced Vestas MCE Technicians ready to join our international team for long-term projects in Finland. If you have hands‑on experience with main component exchanges and want to be part of dynamic wind projects, this opportunity is for you.
You will be responsible for performing main component replacements on Vestas turbines according to project plans while following all safety procedures and quality standards.
What we expect from you:
Experience working on Vestas turbines
Hands‑on experience with Main Component Exchanges
Valid GWO certificates
Driving license category B
Ability to follow safety procedures and site regulations
Flexibility and readiness to work in rotation system
Responsibility and team‑oriented attitude
Representing FairWind professionally on and off site
Nice to have
Strong technical background
Can‑do mindset and proactive attitude
Good communication and cooperation skills
Your Role Your main responsibilities will include:
Perform Main Component Exchanges (MCE) on Vestas wind turbines
Replace major components such as gearboxes, generators, and blades
Prepare turbines for MCE activities and support safe project execution
Work closely with an international technician team to deliver high‑quality results
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate technical documentation
