INTEX MILLWORK SOLUTIONS is a business unit of James Hardie Building Products. A designer and manufacturer of innovative, custom Architectural building products with a commitment to providing exceptional products, unmatched customer service, and fast lead times. As the Inside Sales Representative, you will identify opportunities in your assigned territory to generate new business, reactivate dormant accounts, and grow existing dealer, contractor, and architect base to achieve quarterly sales objectives. You will also focus on the online sales opportunity and guide the consumer journey through outstanding customer service and product knowledge. The role is full-time, onsite in Mays Landing, NJ. What You'll Do:
Know Our Products Become proficient in INTEX product category and demonstrate a knowledge of the building materials industry. Ability to communicate and sell value through differentiation. Gather & pass on competitive market intelligence. Maintain, Develop, and Create Customer Relationships Call and connect with JH Sales Reps, dealers, contractors, and/or architects to sell our products. Guide consumers through exceptional service and product knowledge as homeowners strive toward re-inventing their outdoor living space. Market and Customer Analysis Effectively uses technology-based CRM Salesforce tool for lead follow-up, pipeline management, forecasting, and lost opportunity tracking. Utilize Salesforce to identify customer opportunities and track performance. Identify leads/tracks jobs in Salesforce. Participate in business initiatives and projects to drive market growth. What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field desired but not required 2-3+ years of Sales Experience and/or Customer Service Experience What You'll Receive:
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $60,000 - $68,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time.
