Are you a passionate sports enthusiast with a knack for sales? Join our team of dynamic professionals as a Regional Director. As a Regional Director, you will manage key partnerships and drive interest in our product lines. You'll forge strong relationships with clients and prospects, educating them about the value of Challenger Teamwear products, services, and our unmatched commitment to personalized assistance. Key Responsibilities
Master a comprehensive understanding of our product lines, decoration techniques, and comparable offerings from competitors. Execute daily visits and presentations to clients. Deliver exceptional service to existing accounts, promptly addressing any issues requiring resolution. Actively participate in clinics, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote and advance our product lines. Contribute insights and novel sales strategies to enhance your territory's performance and the Company's overall success. Adhere to Company policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership over territory performance. Tenacity, competitiveness, and a knack for creative problem-solving to achieve remarkable outcomes. Proficiency in reasoning, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service. Qualifications and Experience
Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals, driven by a competitive and motivated spirit. Background in sportswear or sporting goods industries. Prior experience with CRM systems. Preferred experience in marketing. Willingness to travel within your sales territory, and flexibility for additional travel when required. Benefits
