Join our dynamic team for a 6-month onsite opportunity in Austin, TX. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are open to shift rotations and ready to engage in hands-on hardware production support. Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer hardware asset knowledge. Experience in operating system installation – Windows Server, Linux, Unix. Basic networking knowledge. Understanding of basic hardware troubleshooting and logical resolution methods. Must be able to work in this country without sponsorship. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with RAID levels. Web server and database installation experience. Experience in rack, cable, and deployment of Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Rack, build, cable, configure, and provision servers. Troubleshoot, test, and conduct quality assurance of server hardware. Resolve hardware issues professionally via trouble tickets. Stand for long hours and lift weights (~50 lbs). Travel as needed. Company Benefits & Culture
