The Role The Consultant will play a key role in: Clinical leadership within the Paediatric Department Participating in departmental rotas and providing senior clinical cover Supporting service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance Providing expert assessment, diagnosis, and management of general paediatric conditions Mentoring and teaching NCHDs, trainees, and multidisciplinary colleagues ??
