About
The role will involve;
*Prototype design and build *3D CAD *Looking at existing products and processes to reduce cost *Material analysis and cost reductions *Looking at test results and reducing warranty failures *Liaising with all departments to communicate findings and improvements *Engineering projects to drive change and improve processes *Identifying commercial opportunities for new products
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas;
*Time served experience of product design to manufacture *Engineering Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant Engineering discipline *Project management experience *Continuous improvement knowledge
The ideal candidate will be;
