Flexsource are currently recruiting for experienced and detail-oriented Joiners / Fit-Out Carpenters to join our specialist healthcare fit-out team. The role involves the installation of wall panelling and interior fit-out works Key Responsibilities Install wall panelling systems within operating theatres, clean rooms, and healthcare environments. Carry out specialist fit out and finishing works to a high standard of accuracy and cleanliness. Measure, cut, assemble, and install aluminium and titanium components. Ensure all installations comply with healthcare hygiene and infection control standards. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Requirements Proven experience as a Joiner, Carpenter, or Fit-Out Installer. Experience installing wall panelling systems and specialist interior finishes. Experience working with aluminium and titanium materials. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes. Safe Pass card or equivalent certification preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full driving licence preferred.
