Weekly Pay & Direct Deposit
3-week program (MondayFriday, 7:00a3:00p, times may vary)
First 2 weeks: classroom training | 3rd week: clinical portion
CNA certification exam paid for by Brothers of Mercy
PPDs, physicals, and onboarding requirements covered for eligible candidates
Once certified, you'll be promoted from Nurse Aide Trainee to CNA with a pay increase
Promote resident hygiene and comfort
Assist with feeding, ambulation, repositioning, and transfers
Collect and record specimens, fluid intake, and output
Empty drainage containers and weigh residents as directed
Apply elastic stockings and support overall resident care needs
