Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for eligibility interviewing within government assistance programs.
Develop, review, and annotate realistic eligibility interview data for AI training.
Design workflows, question sets, and case studies reflecting real-world eligibility scenarios.
Label and organize documentation related to eligibility decisions and compliance.
Identify edge cases and nuances to improve the quality and diversity of AI training data.
Requirements
Hands-on experience as an Eligibility Interviewer or in a similar government programs role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Proven ability to create clear, structured, and accurate documentation.
Strong analytical and organizational skills for managing complex information.
Commitment to data confidentiality, privacy, and ethical standards.
