To support compliance initiatives within Med Tech, the fully remote MT Shared Documents and Records & Information Compliance (RIC) Administrator will implement document and change control processes, mentor internal customers, and lead projects to advance MT-RIC goals. Key Responsibilities:
Process MT Shared Document changes for compliance and communicate status updates Lead small projects supporting departmental objectives and recommend process improvements Support audits and quality events related to MT Shared Document processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or equivalent University Degree required Minimum of 2 years of experience in records management, including Windchill change control systems Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience building PowerApps Strong written and verbal communication skills
