Switching and Wireless technologies. Level 4 support for escalations. Ticketing review, daily ops review. Access point refresh at retail locations. Distribution centers. Field bridge refresh projects. Operations and Stability - Day to Day. Wireless - Retail, distribution centers, and corporate offices. ARUBA AND CISCO certifications highly preferred.
